Important information:

Sadhana routine for 11-days:

  • Early morning Pratikraman
  • Arihant Prabhu vandanavali 
  • 40 logass sutra kausagg sadhana
  • Vastra Pratilekhan, to carefully inspect the clothes, as to avoid hurting small beings 
  • Dhyan sadhana (meditation)
  • Discourse by Param Gurudev
  • Beashna Tapp aradhna (to have only 2 meals per day)
  • 108 Namaskar mantra sadhana
  • Self- purification by requesting Gurudev to bless us with an aagna
  • Contemplation and meditation 
  • Prabhu vandanavali with Namothunam sutra
  • Evening Pratikraman sadhana
  • Mantra Sadhana 
  • Swadhyay (learning of scriptures)
  • Prabhu Bhakti

Essential Rules:

  • For 11-days, upasaks will disconnect from all kinds of worldly discussions relating to home, work, school, college, etc. and connect with themselves. Meeting with family members / relatives will also not be allowed.
  • If you are attending the sadhana with a family member, you will be given separate accommodation, not together.
  • As you live a pure sadhak life, you will not take bath for 11 days and give abhaydaan to countless water-bodied living beings.
  • With the intent of experiencing the beauty of your soul, you will refrain from shaving, doing a massage, or wearing any kind of jewellery for 11 days.
  • As a sadhak, you will always practice the compassionate kriya of pratilekhna. You will carefully examine every object, clothing, etc. before use, to avoid hurting any small beings.
  • You will practice iriya samiti, the compassionate art of walking shown by Parmatma Mahavir. You will learn to always look down while walking, so as to not hurt small beings.
  • While walking, you will be cautious of not stepping on water, greenery (green fungus), grass, etc.
  • Whenever you walk for more than 100 steps, you will do ‘Irriyavahiyam sutra’ kausagga and disconnect from any violence committed during those steps.
  • Please adopt a dress code of decent white clothes during the sadhana.
  • Please avoid sleeping during daytime to make the maximum use of every precious moment.
  • Please avoid sleeping for more than 6 hours at night.
  • You will not consume any ‘sachet’ water or food (that which has life).
  • While doing beashna, take the opportunity of practicing one more sadhana of ‘unodari tapp’. Limit the number of items or quantity of items that you consume.
  • After every meal, you are requested to wash the plate and drink that water to avoid any harm to living beings inside the sewage.
  • After you finish a meal, you can take the vow of ‘Tivihar’ till your next meal.
  • You will always use an ‘aasan’ (sitting mat) for sitting. You will always use a guchho to carefully sweep the area before sitting.
  • You will always cover your mouth with a cloth while speaking.
  • You will use as minimal water as possible, and practice maximum alertness.
  • You will not borrow anything without asking or requesting the rightful owner.
  • You will follow the vow of celibacy. And to strengthen this vow, you will not make any eye contact with any person of the opposite gender.
  • You will not make use of a mirror during these 11 days.
  • You will not move about after sunset. If it is very urgent, then you will do so only after carefully cleaning the floor with guccho/rajoharan. 
  • At the end of each day, you will do a mistake analysis by writing down all the mistakes committed throughout the day in your personal alochana book.

 

Please note:

  • Please reach the updhan venue by 6.00pm on November 15, 2025
  • You will observe maun (complete silence) during sadhana.
  • Please have a decent white dress code during the sadhana.
  • Accommodation and food facilities will be arranged by Parasdham.
  • Upasaks will sincerely follow a carefully designed schedule that will give them a taste of the sadhak lifestyle - navkarshi, chauviyaar, pratilekhan, kausagga, pratikraman (morning and evening), mala, vandana, prayer, meditation etc.
  • Your mobile phone will be strictly switched off during the entire sadhana for 11 days. Emergency contact will be provided in case your family wishes to contact you in any emergency.
  • We are exerting our utmost efforts to organize everything, and we will contact you to confirm your registration
